    great central spot for exploring visalia's parks and landmarks

    Plus, the rooftop restaurant and bar offered amazing views, made relaxing after a day of city strolling even better. If you're a single traveler like me, the friendly staff and easy parking were perfect for getting right into exploring the nearby fallen monarch and horseshoe bend, both just a few steps away.

    Beautiful room, comfy beds. Very, very nice and fabulous staff with a good portion of humor. Private parking on-site provided. Great location, in the middle of jackson.

    No reason to complain, the venue met all requests, do recommend it. The hotel was located really close to Sequoia. The staff we met was very-very nice and fabulous. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

    The heated pool was amazing-a perfect way to unwind in winter! The decor is fine too, but the check-in parking was a bit stressful. Loved my stay 🌊

    The Lakes Trail was a superb family adventure, walking among the giant sequoias.

    My wife says that a family lounge area would be great.

    The attended details of the Art Deco design created a unique charm throughout the hotel. The rooftop bar served excellent food and the rooms featured comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep.     Opulent stay with amazing views

    The rooftop restaurant surprised us with its excellent menu and fine panoramic views of the Sierra. The overall atmosphere was charming and cute, though the shower could use some improvements. Service was great, we felt pampered throughout our visit.

    I stayed for one night and appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. The room featured a comfy bed and a large rain shower head. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and found parking easy. I noticed the Art Deco design which reminded me of New York's classic architecture.

    My experience with the front desk staff was lacking when I needed assistance with the TV. I waited for help that never came.

    The atmosphere was great and I loved the art deco design that stayed true to the building's history. The rooftop bar had a wonderful ambiance, and the pool area looked inviting. I found the smart TV in the room difficult to operate and it lacked various streaming apps. It was a lovely stay, and I would definitely return.

    No microwave in the suite!!! The light switches were overly complicated. Noise from the fridge and surrounding rooms made for a less than restful night!!!
